Canyon Formation

A screenshot from Sedimentality, the game I referenced in the comments of Valley Flood.

I flew over the Nevada desert on my way to California and was dazzled by the aerial view of various erosion patterns. I threw together a custom Sedimentality level to simulate similar conditions to those I saw around Las Vegas, and this is what I got after running the simulation for a while.
