Definitely full-view this one!
Another fractal inspired by driehonderdvijfenzestig (the formula, at least). No edge-detection was used in the making of this, the "threads" are actually part of the fractal.
z = a_flip(exp(a_flip(z^2))) + 1 + c
All the little threads kind of remind me of Windsong, though the method I used to produce it couldn't be more different.

You truly have a gift for fractal exploration. There are some amazing fractal renders on deviantart, but none of them as innovative, exploratory or thoughtfully explained as the ones I find here.
